Get fit for 2024! Join us this New Year for Pilates, Sunrise/Sunset Stretch and Barre Pilates.
BLOCK BOOK 6 CLASSES £48
You can now block book on to our fitness classes.(Just £8 a session!)
Our classes will either be held inside the cafe or at Dance Industry Studio's. All build progressively and are suitable for beginners.
