Beach Yoga


Wellbeing is the state of being comfortable, healthy and happy. It is a person's experience of their life and life circumstances. We believe this can be maximised not just through water sports but through various forms of physical activation. We offer a range of opportunities for all ages and abilities to get involved with.

Fitness Group

The Beach Boot camp hosted by FM fitness- Price: £5 per person 

- Duration: 1 Hour

- Minimum Age is 16 years old. 

Run by our very own Personal Trainer Freya will guide and motivate you through this one hour circuit session. Raising the heart rate and working different muscle groups offers a well rounded workout.

PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINNING SESSIONS Starting from £30 an hour.  Group discount available 

Private lessons are a great way to excel and learn quickly in the sport. From a complete beginner to an advanced level, our team can cater a session to meet your every needs! whether its one on one or you want the family to have some fun

The Tidal Run Club - Free

Join Ferya for a run either on the sand or down the promenade. its a social groups run at a very achievable pace and is Amed at encouraging people to get moving! just join us at The Beach.

We all need to walk and we all need to talk. just come down and join us at 10am for a stroll down the seafront. a great chance to chat and meet new people.
